How to Request a Refund
Email returns@lupinlife.com with your order number and reason for return. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your request.
Return Shipping
For domestic US orders, we provide a prepaid return label. International returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Exclusions
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery date are not eligible. Products that are completely used are not eligible for return (partial refunds may apply at our discretion).
